Entry/Exhibit/Judging Format: DVD ONLY. Please test DVD on consumer player before submitting. DVD-RW and DVD+RW
are NOT accepted and will not be returned. All work must be completed and postmarked no later than December 1,
2008. All entries will become the property of the Greater Kansas City Bicycle Federation(here after referred to
as GKCBF) and WILL NOT be returned. By submitting this material you acknowledge the GKCBF's right to copy any submitted
material for the GKCBF's non-commercial use. Included with film must be submitted a high res jpeg with title of
film imprinted
Upon request, you will need to supply the GKCBF with stills and other press materials.
Eligibility:
-Anyone from or living in the Greater Kansas City and surrounding area.
-No public screening should have been held in the Greater Kansas City and surrounding area.
_The GKCBF reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any work submitted, reject any submission, and rule
on any case not foreseen by these guidelines.
-Submission of the entry form implies acceptance of these rules and regulations by all producers, directors, and/or
their agents submitting material
-All footage must be original
Rights and Clearances:
The undersigned represents and warrants to the Greater Kansas City Bicycle Federation that I/We: own all proprietary
rights to the work submitted, have secured all rights, clearances, licenses and releases necessary for exhibition
of the work submitted. Exhibition will not infringe or violate any rights of any firm, person or corporation.
The undersigned shall indemnify, defend and hold the GKCBF, it's sponsors and representatives harmless from any
and all claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses which may be incurred by any breach of these representations,
or arising out of any matter contained in the film or otherwise by the GKCBF's use of this film.
The undersigned hereby grants the GKCBF all the rights to exhibit the work, including but not limited to, the right
to excerpt clips, and make, have made and own copies.
